Uptown Greenville is a private nonprofit corporation established in 1992 to develop plans and implem

Uptown Greenville supports an informed network of citizens and business leaders to provide input into decision making policy about Uptown issues including parking, security, sanitation, landscaping, and beautification. Uptown Greenville partners with public and private organizations to develop concepts and possibilities for future projects and events in the Uptown area.

Uptown Greenville provides financial support to the City of Greenville’s Façade Grant program, which provides matching funds for exterior improvements of Uptown buildings.

Uptown Greenville produces and promotes annual events and festivals including Freeboot Fridays, the Uptown ArtWalk, the Uptown Arts Festival. Uptown Greenville also sponsors a number of Uptown events such as The Christmas Parade, and the RiverRock Festival.

Uptown Greenville also supports the Uptown Business district through promotions and marketing campaigns throughout the year.
