Facade Improvement Grant
Applications Due May 21, 2007
- Event Summary
The City of Greenville and Uptown Greenville are once again offering Facade Improvement Grants to improve facades of commercial structures in the downtown core.
Owners and tenants of downtwon commercial properties including all of Uptown as well as sections of Dickinson Ave. and Evans Street south of Reade are eligible to apply.
Tenants must have the property owners sign the application, and if selected the contract.
Grant recipients are awarded dollar-for-dollar matching reimbursements on expenditures up to 2,500.
