Start off the weekend with a Holiday Tree Lighting then stroll Uptown for the ArtWalk

Event Summary

Tree Lighting Ceremony
The community is invited to join us at 6 pm, Friday, November 30, for the Tree Lighting Ceremony. Enjoy a reading of Twas the Night Before Christmas by Mayor Don Parrott, carols sung by the ECU Alumni Association a cappella group, the Magnolia Belles, sugar cookies made by Cafe Europa, hot chocolate, and treat bags from Recreation and Parks including tree ornaments for children to design. Information on the ArtWalk and the Uptown Window Decoration Contest, and horse & wagon tickets for December 1 will be available as well. Join us for a fun way to kick-off the holiday weekend Uptown!

Uptown Holiday ArtWalk
Stroll through Uptown Greenville during the Uptown Holiday Artwalk. Over 12 Uptown Businesses will be featuring art and you will find special treats along the walk.

If you are an Uptown Greenville business member and 50% or more of your exsisting merchandise is original artwork or you have a special exhibition of original artwork for the night of the ArtWalk, please click here to download and complete the form needed to become a spot on the Holiday Artwalk. This must be turned into Holly Garriott via e-mail at holly@emergegallery.com or dropped off at Emerge Gallery & Art Center, 404 S. Evans Street by Thursday, November 1.
