Adopt-A-Bed Evans Street Planter Project

Join Members of the Design Committee and the Uptown Garden Club to plant and maintain the beds along Evans between 5th and 3rd Streets.  Watch the Uptown Enews for volunteer opportunities related to planting and bed maintanence.

The plants are now in place as of October 2010.  Many thanks to all who volunteered their time and talent!  The Uptown Design Committee has been working with members of the Pitt County Extention Master Gardeners and the Uptown Garden Club and Public Works to create a design and plan of work for the planter beds along Evans Street.  Uptown Greenville is seeking volunteers to assist with future maintenance so please let us know if you are interested in assisting by filling out the form and just enter interest on future planting project work days!  Thanks!
