ATTENTION:  OWNERS AND TENANTS OF UPTOWN COMMERCIAL PROPERTIES

The City of Greenville is offering Façade Improvement Grants to property owners or tenants who wish to improve the facades of commercial structures. The Project Area includes the entire uptown business district (properties within Reade Circle) as well as sections of Dickinson Avenue and Evans Street south of Reade. The City is offering matching grants up to $5,000 per facade.  The workshop will be held on May 1, 2009. Applicants must attend the workshop. The deadline to submit a Façade Improvement Grant Application is June 1, 2009. Call Seth Laughlin, COG, at 252-329-4486.
