Community Fest Celebrating our regions history

Event Summary

The 6th Annual PirateFest Celebration presented by U.S. Cellular, returns in 2012 on Friday April 13th from 5-8 PM and Saturday April 14th from 10am-8pm.  This outdoor celebration offers food, fun, and entertainment for pirates of all ages! Festivities include the International Ports O'Call, Uptown Arts & Treasure Isle, the Pirate Encampment, Little Pirate's Pavilion, and the Buccaneer Bash Main Stage & Grog Garden. Enjoy live music on three stages, inflatable Pirate Ship and games, the Potash Corp Fossil Dig, fine arts and crafts for purchase, and demonstrations. Be on the lookout for the roving pirate entertainers complete with sword fighting, black powder demonstrations, and educational displays.
