The Ballejos have over 20 years of experience of running businesses and are excited to take on their newest adventure. Over the Top Sweet Shop was an idea of theirs after years of making “over the top” drinks at Uptown Greenville events. Alongside their “over the top drink” they have elevated their potential to “over the top” donuts, shakes, and sweet treats.
Over the Top Sweet Shop will add additional flavors by incorporating gelato into their shakes for an additional treat. The Ballejos believe that everyone deserves a sweet to brighten their day and Over the Top Sweet Shop will offer sweets that are diet specific.
The Ballejos are excited about the location and all the opportunities around it. “To be in the heart of Greenville and walking distance from ECU, I can’t even begin to imagine a better location,” said Ballejos.
