GREENVILLE, N.C.— Join Pirate Nation in rallying around the ECU Pirates at Freeboot Friday, the official pep rally of home football games. Welcome Eastern NC natives Mac and Juice to headline the fifth event of the season. This alive-at-five event features children’s’ activities, grog, food, and more! Thanks to the generous support of Wells Fargo, Freeboot Friday is FREE to all ECU Alumni, students, and fans and is filled with Pirate Pride.
For two decades, Mac & Juice have made tremendous evolutionary strides from their days as a dynamic acoustic duo. Now performing as a Quartet, their vast stylistic range is seamlessly translated into every original song. The band personally describes their sound as “Jammy-Soul-Rock & Roll”: organically crafted Rock music that isn’t afraid to jam out and improvise, but with a Bluesy touch of Soul sweetness to smooth out the edges. Alternating set lists further ensure that every show played is its own unique and fresh experience.
Uptown Greenville welcomes Pirate Nation to join in the celebration at Five Points Plaza and cheer on the home team!
